If your clinic has already confirmed your appointment, enter your booking reference and session code (sent by email/SMS) to join the consultation room.

For testing and early pilots, patients can use this form to request a remote consultation. The request is sent to [email protected].
How it works
- Patient submits request (video/phone + preferred time)
- Team schedules and confirms the session
- Optional: require payment before allowing session to start
You can later connect this to appointments + billing so the “Join session” is enabled only after the consultation invoice is paid/claimed.

If you did tests at an external lab, upload your results so your clinician can review them. Files are uploaded to a protected Google Drive folder (not stored on the web server).
