Start your telemedicine session

If your clinic has already confirmed your appointment, enter your booking reference and session code (sent by email/SMS) to join the consultation room.

Before you join

  • Have your session code ready (sent by the facility)
  • Use a quiet room and reliable internet
  • Keep your lab results ready (you can upload them below)

Facilities can require consultation payment before sharing the session code/link.

For testing and early pilots, patients can use this form to request a remote consultation. The request is sent to [email protected].

How it works

  • Patient submits request (video/phone + preferred time)
  • Team schedules and confirms the session
  • Optional: require payment before allowing session to start

You can later connect this to appointments + billing so the “Join session” is enabled only after the consultation invoice is paid/claimed.

Upload lab results from a remote lab

If you did tests at an external lab, upload your results so your clinician can review them. Files are uploaded to a protected Google Drive folder (not stored on the web server).

The clinical team receives an email with Google Drive links for review.
